Katie Brianna released a fine album in Dark Side of the Morning earlier this year that combines a melodic lightness and an emotional depth equally effectively. It is a record that grows and reveals itself more and more on each listen which is always the sign of a mature songwriter writing from the heart and soul. Brianna is about to head down to Melbourne for her first show there in 3 years and joining her on the night are another Post To Wire favourite The Weeping Willows who are soon heading off (alongside Brianna and a bunch of other Australian Americana acts) to play the Americana Music Festival in Nashville.
