Katie Brianna released one of the best Americana albums in Australia last year. Dark Side Of The Morning is a record built on her wonderful voice that brings with it barrels of tears and heartache amid a certain uplifting resilience and strength. With wonderfully sympathetic instrumentation it’s a sweetly melancholic collection of songs that draws the listener in deep.
