Despite being critically well-received, M.E. Baird’s very fine and emotionally raw album [Fall] deserves more attention. The record hits some deep, honest and personal places and was written during a period of great loss. Before, during and after recording [Fall] Baird endured the deaths of his Mother, Father, Sister and Nephew.

He has a run of live shows coming up soon (14th May @ The Junk Bar, Brisbane is the first one announced) and he’s just released a clip for he album opener Always Tuesday  – a dedication to his partner, thanking her for the love and support she has given him over the years. It’s not about new love or honeymoon moments, it’s about how love can endure.
