Any song that starts with the line ‘Satan is my father” is a winner straight off the bat in our books. It’s nicely balanced by the line “My mother is an angel”, from Kentucky band Wayne Graham, in collaboration with Nuremburg folk group The Green Apple Sea. This track has a wonderfully lazy, back-porch vibe to complement its great lyrics, written by The Green Apple Sea’s Stefan Prange.

Last summer, during the Wayne Graham tour of “Songs Only A Mother Could Love”, the band made a detour to Lonestar Studios in Nuremberg at the invitation of The Green Apple Sea. Within 24 hours, both bands developed and recorded all the basics tracks of this 4-song EP Less Than Familiar.
