PHOSPHORESCENT RELEASE FIRST SINGLE FROM NEW 2024 ALBUM

It’s been a while between albums of new music from the melancholically brilliant Matthew Houck of Phosphorescent. There was the excellent Full Moon Project covers album last year, a signal that productivity was increasing, but prior to that the last album came in the form of C’est La Vie in 2018.

Today he’s released the title track from his new album Revelator, out March 22, 2024. Featuring (among others) Jack Lawrence on bass and Jim White on drums, it’s a beautiful slow motion serenade, a perfect return for one of our favourite songwriters of the last 15 years.
