THE WEEKLY ROUND-UP: August 22nd, 2015

The Weekly Round-Up

A few new songs of note hit the internet this week. Firstly and hot off the press is the new single from The Falls whose debut full length album is coming soon. The Sydney duo who relocated to the USA have just had ‘Let In The Light’ premiere on The Wall Street Journal. The album OMAHA is due out October 2nd via Verve.

Aldous Harding has a new disconcerting and hypnotic video clip to accompany the grace and bruised beauty of ‘Stop Your Tears’.

The Dashville Skyline festival has announced a competition where you can win a Gretsch acoustic guitar by simple voting for your favourite Americana song. Yes it’s a near impossible task but you get to throw in a few of your favourites. Hell of a prize too!
